Even in this virtual age, physical things still get people excited. In addition to countless direct mailings and welcome packs, I have created many acquisition packs. Containing everything from sumo suits to slot cars, these campaigns were all massively successful not because people got something for nothing (after all, most Mercedes dealers can afford their own cold brew coffee maker), but because they were made to feel valued.
